如何防止亚马逊跟卖「亚马逊遇到跟卖怎么办」

前言：跟卖是亚马逊平台的一大特色，为消费者带来了更好的购物体验，却为卖家们带来了无尽的烦恼。有时候跟卖者就像苍蝇一样盯着你，你赶都赶不走。刚费了九牛二虎之力才弄走跟卖者，可是没几天，又来一波跟卖者。很多时候跟卖投诉根本就没用，那么该如何保住自己的劳动成果，防止被跟卖呢？

方法一、

1.对你的Listing进行搭配销售，给客户赠送小礼物，贴上产品标签或者跟换产品包装来阻止跟卖。

2.进行品牌注册，将自己的Listing贴上“品牌标签”，并向亚马逊申请品牌备案和保护。（哪个国家注册的商标就可以在亚马逊的哪个站点受到保护）

亚马逊新执行的品牌备案规则规定，要拿到R表才能进行品牌备案，意味着你被跟卖后没办法立马用品牌保护来投诉跟卖者侵权的。

一旦发现有人跟卖自己店铺的产品，建议你立即跟换店铺的包装，或者绑定其他商品来销售，减少被跟卖的风险。

方法二：

进行品牌备案后，切记开case和亚马逊确认是否已经品牌备案成功。再查看是否有brand gating,那么跟卖的就只能跟used。

具体的做法：在upsto上进行品牌注册，确保能查询到正常的流程状态，商标注册成功后，在Amazon上进行品牌备案，开case提醒亚马逊你已经进行了品牌备案申请，要求亚马逊brand gating。

brand gating是亚马逊对品牌跟卖行为的一次大规模限制，brand gating是brand registry的延伸，当卖家想跟卖一些品牌时，会进行该分类的审核，亚马逊会说你没有销售权限。

方法三：

1、给“跟卖”者发警告邮件

2、向亚马逊投述“跟卖”

方法四

1. 准备一张中国银行或者其他银行信用卡的虚拟卡，必须是双币卡可以消费外币，最好把额度用的快完。然后设置单笔消费限额为很低，比如10元人民币。

2. 注册个买家账号，绑定这张虚拟卡。

3. 找到被跟卖的listing，找准跟卖的卖家下单，数量填写对方的库存数量，使用虚拟信用卡付款，付款金额要大于我们虚拟信用卡设置的单笔最大消费限额，目的就是不让扣款顺利成功。如果对方库存写的太多，一次买不完，多下几单，直到买光对方库存。

4. 查看前台，跟卖者消失，完胜！

5. 这个时候跟卖者后台看到的订单是pending状态，而你的信用卡也是扣不到钱的，黑五过后取消订单即可。

原理：亚马逊支付通道的一个小bug和银行信用卡支付的一个小bug，导致这样的结果，有可能很快会被亚马逊处理封闭这个漏洞。

方法五

找一些市面上的防跟卖“黑科技”软件

以上讲到的防跟卖方法，最有效的还是进行品牌保护。跟卖作为亚马逊的一大特色，除非是侵权，否者对跟卖者投诉根本就不会得到亚马逊的支持。
